Product or service reviewed: Furnace repaired & gas leak found in water heater
We would like to thank Jeremy very much for being persistent that our home had a gas leak while he was here repairing the furnace. We contacted Consumers Energy, they arrived & the hot water heater had a 50% gas leak. Jeremy completed the furnace in a timely manner & answered all the questions we had. Thank you so much Jeremy at Action Plumbing & heating for everything!! You saved our family from having a huge catastrophe!!

Came out for hot water heater & needed to order a part so came out twice. Great service both days from plumber & office staff! I was called twice the 2nd day (from office) just to keep me up on the arrival of the plumber...

Highly recommend this company! I was home alone with my two kids for deer widows wkend when our furnace went out. With my husband gone I had no idea what to do to be honest. Action Heating came out the very same day that I called them and had us warm within an hour! Nice to know there is such a great company out there willing to help in a pinch! Thanks again for helping us out!

Product or service reviewed: New furnace
Kyle came to look at our furnace after it began having issues. He arrived exactly the time he said he would. After checking out the furnace, he found a crack in it. It was dangerous for us to use the furnace. He was able to install a new furnace (at a very reasonable price) that very day and even skipped his lunch to get it installed as quickly as possible. When he was done, everything had been cleaned up, there was no mess left at all. We will be using Action for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs in the future! I will be recommending them to all our family and friends!

The service was awesome, a very skilled and professional technician (Kyle) came to are rescue, and was able to fix a very old unit, and help keep us cool on a 90 degree day. I would highly recommend this company.

They replaced my old furnace with a new high efficiency Trane furnace. The new furnace looks great and should save me some money this winter. The installers were fast and professional.

Had a new Trane air conditioner installed after my old one quit. Sent a tech right out, wrote up a very reasonable quote on site and had it installed that week. Great work and savings!
